Well, Josiah is doing well...he has less air escaping from his lung and today they turned down the level of pressure on the air they're pumping into his lungs. The air does not have additional oxygen (which is great because it means he's able to breath and process room air) but the air they're pumping in helps him inflate his lungs...they're turning it down to see how he does with a little less assistance.
Below are some pictures of him hooked up...keep in mind that he's doing just fine and he's really been pretty comfortable despite the tubes. Here you go!! (Click on the pictures to make them larger.)
Thanks Rob for keeping in touch with updates on Josiah We are praying for him

Hey Jamie and Robbie:
ReplyDeleteIt appears that MomMom and Aunt Jen arrived safely. Mr. Mike, MomMom and I are still remembering you both and Josiah daily in prayer. {{{HUGS}}} to you all. {Give Kathy and Jen a hug for us too, okay?}
Love,
Ms. Sharon
Hey! Congratulations, I am so excited for you. He is absolutely adorable!! I can't wait to meet him in person. (amy freeman)
ReplyDeleteHi Robbie & Jamie,
ReplyDeleteLooks like all are doing well. Thanks for the updates. We're hoping to see you all soon. Maybe sometime this summer. I think your Dad will be there before I get a chance. We're still waiting to get a transplant date for my sister. After that, we are good to go.
Hugs and Kisses to all. We love you,
Philis
